Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review

Home

The Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review (ECGAR) explores the relationship between the corporation and its stakeholders in the United States and abroad. This online, student-run publication seeks to identify the relevant actors in the corporate arena and addresses squarely how far to each of them corporate responsibility should extend.

ECGAR strives to answer questions surrounding litigation, as well as address issues of financial risk management, labor law, products liability, environmental law, health law, and lawmaking. ECGAR also examines and scrutinizes the corporation’s pervasive influence in American politics. The journal’s overarching goal is to affect positive change in the corporate world by promoting sound business ethics and fair play.
